We have responded to customer feedback to produce the Bradley 2 Rack Compact Smoker - a smaller lightweight smoker suitable for use in an outbuilding or on a balcony.
As with larger models, the Countertop Smoker burns Bradley Flavour Bisquettes, preventing the wood from combusting to an ash and therefore leaving no taints or aftertaste on the smoked food.

The Bradley Countertop model is ideally suited to those who want to smoke fish, and smaller cuts of meat. Experiment also, with vegetables, nuts and cheeses.
All Bradley Smokers produce smoke from natural fruit-woods and hard-woods. All models need to be used in well ventilated conditions which usually means outdoors or under an exterior structure such as a 'lean-to' shed, or open sided garage. Use indoors will require proper ventilation and extraction to prevent the flavour of smoke permeating the building.
